Yes! You can freeze the meals for up to 30 days at a time, any time beyond this and we can no longer guarantee the quality of the food.

We recommend naturally defrosting your meals in the fridge overnight, once thawed simply follow the cooking instructions on the packaging to prepare the ready made meal.
