Cooking instructions:

Add your chosen meat, vegetables, or protein to a hot oiled pan and cook until lightly browned. Add curry sauce, simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until all ingredients are fully heated through. Serve with rice or your preferred accompaniment.

Storage

This is a frozen product. Store at -15C to -18C to keep frozen. Fully defrost in a fridge/chilled storage (0-4C) or in a microwave on defrost setting before cooking. Once defrosted do not refreeze. Use within 3 days of defrosting.
