Cooking Instructions: This product is not Ready to Eat. Cook thoroughly before consuming. All ovens may vary and the following are GUIDELINES only. Microwave: 850 Watts – pierce film, place in microwave & cook for 4-5 mins to reach a Core Temperature of 75°C. Oven Cook: 180°C – Remove film, Cover with tin foil & place on baking tray in oven. Cook for 20 – 25 mins to reach Core Temperature of 75°C.

STORAGE

This is a frozen product. Store at -15C to -18C to keep frozen.

Fully defrost in a fridge/chilled storage (0-4C) or microwave on defrost setting before cooking. Once defrosted do not refreeze. Use within 3 days of defrosting.
