COOK THOROUGHLY
All ovens may vary & the following are GUIDELINES only
Microwave: 850 Watts – Pierce Film, Place in Microwave & Cook for 4-5 mins until it reaches a Core Temperature of 75°C
Oven: 180°C – Remove film, Cover with tin foil & place on baking tray in oven cook for 20-25 mins until it reaches Core Temperature of 75°C.
Air Fryer: 200°C – Remove film, Cover with tin foil cook for 15-20 mins until it reaches Core Temperature of 75°C

Storage:

This is a frozen product. Store at -15C to -18C to keep frozen.
Fully defrost in a fridge/chilled storage (0-4C) or microwave on defrost setting before cooking. Once defrosted do not refreeze. Use within 3 days of defrosting.
